I am a central California native of Black and Hispanic heritage, father to 3 beautiful princesses, and am mostly vegetarian. I enjoy reading, listening to music (old school R&B, neo-soul, jazz, classical, classic and progressive rock, reggae, and various world music, esp. Indian), movies, live concerts, art, history, science, nature, weekend getaways, quiet evenings at home, cooking, and romantic dinners with good conversation. I have a silly sense of humor and enjoy a good laugh. I love to sing and have been told that I do it well.

I am far from perfect, but I am striving to understand and overcome my shortcomings, and help others along the way. My faith and values guide me; I value kindness, integrity, and sincerity. I do my best to live in harmony with these, and to deal openly and honestly with everyone.
